You don't need a referral to get in touch, you can reach out directly. If you're facing something time-sensitive, an exam, audition, hearing or performance date, mention that when you contact us and we'll look at what's genuinely possible within your timeframe, including a waitlist option if needed.
Sessions are available via telehealth across Australia, with some international clients accommodated depending on time difference, insurance coverage and notice given.
Not only do you not need a referral to work with Alexandra, self-referral is welcome. A referral becomes relevant only if you want to access a Medicare rebate for 1:1 sessions, which requires a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, and not everyone will qualify, that’s a determination your GP will make, so many clients choose to access support privately or via health insurance instead.

Our North Adelaide location is located in a beautiful Victorian building on Melbourne Street, North Adelaide. With comfortable furniture, beautiful South Australian artwork, and a sense of space that is calming, our private consulting rooms provide a welcoming, relaxing and safe place for you to receive help to achieve your desired outcomes in comfort.
North Adelaide Parking
We have an off street car park behind our building. From Melbourne Street, turn onto New Street, then Old Street, and you will see our sign directing you into our car park. There is also a sturdy place for locking up your bike against the rear wall of our building.
